Playing in the sandbox is such a great metaphor for experimenting with wikispaces. I posted my ideas for avatars and read lots of ideas from other classmates. I realize that it adding a sandbox area to my classroom wikispace might encourage some hesitant students to try out the wikispace.
I will add more wikitraining to my classroom next year and hopefully get more students excited about using it.
